TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective Date: November 05, 2025 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TentacionesVIPLA’s website, membership services, and private events (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 21 years of age to register, purchase a membership, or attend Tentaciones events. Proof of age is required. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership for any reason consistent with law.

2. MEMBERSHIP

• All memberships are subject to approval by Tentaciones management.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
• Memberships automatically renew at the selected plan (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or yearly) unless cancelled in advance. Renewal payments are processed on the renewal date using the same payment method on file.
• Members may cancel or disable auto-renewal by emailing info@TentacionesLA.com before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.

Tentaciones is a private, members-only social venue focused on adult lifestyle events. Events may include adult-themed content, performances, and open expressions of consensual intimacy. Purchasing a Tentaciones membership grants access to our online community platform. It does not guarantee entry to specific events. Events require separate ticket purchases, available first-come, first-served.

3. EVENT ACCESS & BYOB POLICY

Tentaciones operates as a private BYOB venue. We do not sell or serve alcohol.

• All alcohol must be sealed upon entry and labeled with the member’s name.
• Intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed without refund.
• No alcohol service by staff — bartenders may chill or pour only your own beverage.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

Tentaciones maintains a consent-first, respectful environment. The following rules apply:

• Respect boundaries; obtain affirmative, verbal consent before any physical contact.
• No harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind.
• No use of phones or cameras in restricted zones.
• No illegal substances or solicitation of prostitution.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal and permanent ban without refund.

5. PRIVACY & DISCRETION

Discretion is required. Members shall not disclose other members’ names, conversations, or activities.

• No photos, videos, or recordings without prior written permission.
• CCTV operates in public areas for safety and retained for 3 days.
• Tentaciones-produced event media may be shared only with consented participants.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS All payments are final. Auto-renewal payments are non-refundable once billed. If an event is cancelled by Tentaciones, ticket holders will be offered a credit or refund at our discretion. Members removed for rule violations receive no refund or credit.

7. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• Assumption of Risk: I understand that I may be exposed to activities involving physical exertion, sexually suggestive entertainment, and interaction with other members. I assume full responsibility for all risks, including physical injury, emotional discomfort, communicable illness, or loss of personal property.
• Waiver of Liability: I release Tentaciones, its owners, staff, performers, volunteers, and agents from all claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from participation, including negligence.
• Behavior Standards: I will follow Club rules, practice consent, and respect personal boundaries.
• Media Policy: I agree to abide by a no-photo/video policy. Any violation may result in immediate removal and permanent ban.
• Medical Fitness: I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health to participate in Club activities.
• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tentaciones from any claim brought against it by third parties resulting from my conduct.

8. OFF-SITE INTERACTIONS Tentaciones provides opportunities for social connection within a private setting. Any meetings or communications between members outside Tentaciones premises are voluntary and at your own risk. Tentaciones is not responsible for any harm, injury, or dispute arising from off-site interactions. Exercise caution and inform a trusted friend of your whereabouts when meeting others privately.

9. ELECTRONIC CONSENT & MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT When you receive your Tentaciones Membership email and reply “YES, I AGREE,” you are providing a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E‑SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001) and the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1633.1 et seq.). Your reply confirms you have read and accepted this Agreement and consent to receive documents electronically.

10. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA in Los Angeles County, California, before a single arbitrator.

• Small-claims actions are expressly waived.
• Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted.
• Each party shall bear its own fees, subject to Cal. Code Civ. Proc. §1284.3.
• The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in any court with jurisdiction.

11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for any permitted judicial action shall be Los Angeles County, California.

12. MODIFICATIONS Tentaciones may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. The effective date will always be indicated at the top of this page.
