COMMUNITY RULES Effective Date: November 05, 2025

TentacionesVIPLA is a private, members-only adult lifestyle club built on respect, consent, and culture. These Community Rules are binding for all members and guests. Violation may result in suspension or permanent revocation of membership without refund.

  1. CORE VALUES We create a respectful, inclusive environment that celebrates Latin culture, sensuality, and connection. Everyone must feel safe, accepted, and free from pressure.

  2. CONSENT & BOUNDARIES

  • Consent must be affirmative, voluntary, and continuous. “No” means no, and silence or hesitation means no.
  • Always ask before touching anyone. Stop immediately if consent is withdrawn.
  • Coercion, intimidation, or pressure to engage in any activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Anyone violating consent boundaries will be removed and permanently banned.
  • You are responsible for any content you post.
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or offensive content.
  1. BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT

All members must:

  • Treat staff and fellow guests with respect.
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Follow staff instructions promptly.
  • Never use phones or cameras in private or play areas.
  • Avoid excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior.
  • Never bring illegal substances, weapons, or unapproved guests.

  1. DRESS CODE & APPEARANCE Tentaciones is a high-energy Latin nightlife experience. Members should dress with intention and effort. No athletic wear, flip-flops, or attire inconsistent with the night’s theme. Club management has final discretion over dress code enforcement.

  2. PRIVACY & NO RECORDING

  • No member may record, photograph, or share any image, conversation, or identity of another member.
  • Phones must remain in lockers or safe zones at all times.
  • Club-approved photographers may capture promotional images in designated areas only, with consent from subjects.
  • Violating this rule results in immediate expulsion and permanent ban.
  1. REPORTING & INCIDENTS
  • If you witness unsafe, non-consensual, or harassing behavior, report it immediately to a Tentaciones staff member or hostess.
  • Our team is trained to respond discreetly and respectfully.
  • Incident reports are logged and stored for 90 days for safety and legal compliance.
  • All reports are confidential and accessible only to management or law enforcement when legally required.
  1. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES

Tentaciones reserves the right to:

  • Issue verbal or written warnings.
  • Suspend or permanently revoke membership.
  • Deny future event access.
  • Contact authorities if a violation involves criminal behavior.

Decisions are final and based on management discretion. There is no appeal process for conduct violations.

  1. OFF-SITE BEHAVIOR Members represent the Tentaciones community even outside the club. Any off-site conduct that endangers other members, breaches consent, or harms the club’s reputation may result in termination of membership.

  2. BYOB & ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITY Tentaciones is a BYOB venue. We do not sell or serve alcohol. Members are expected to drink responsibly and remain aware of their surroundings. Staff may refuse entry or remove intoxicated individuals for safety.

  3. MEDIA & CONTENT USE Tentaciones may feature club-produced images or videos taken in designated photo zones or shows. Participation is always optional. You can opt out by informing management before the event. No personal media sharing is allowed without consent.

  4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER Participation in Tentaciones events is voluntary. Members assume full responsibility for their actions. Tentaciones, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or emotional distress arising from attendance or participation, except as required by California law.

  5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION All disputes related to membership, rule enforcement, or club participation shall be resolved by binding arbitration through JAMS or AAA in Los Angeles County, California, before a single arbitrator. Class actions and small claims are waived.

  6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By attending Tentaciones or maintaining active membership, you agree to abide by these Community Rules and acknowledge that violation may result in suspension or permanent revocation without refund.

  7. EQUAL ACCESS & NON-DISCRIMINATION

TentacionesVIPLA complies fully with the California Unruh Civil Rights Act and all applicable federal and state civil-rights laws. Membership, event access, and participation opportunities are offered without discrimination based on:

  • Sex or gender
  • Gender identity or expression
  • Sexual orientation
  • Race, color, ethnicity, or national origin
  • Religion or spiritual belief
  • Age (21 and over required)
  • Disability or medical condition

All pricing, membership tiers, and promotional offers apply equally to qualifying members. Admission decisions are based solely on verified age, respectful conduct, community compatibility, and overall event ratio balance—never on protected characteristics.

Accessibility & Reasonable Accommodation Tentaciones will make reasonable efforts to provide access accommodations for members or guests with disabilities at its Downtown Los Angeles venue. Requests for accommodation can be sent to info@TentacionesLA.com.

Reporting Concerns Any member who believes they have been denied access or treated unfairly may contact management directly at 213-829-4808 or info@TentacionesLA.com. All complaints are reviewed confidentially and resolved promptly in good faith.
